Rebecca Lashaway, principal of Seminole Primary, has been honored as the 2025 Region 17 TEPSAN of the Year by the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). This prestigious award recognizes exceptional service to the association, with honorees chosen annually by peers from TEPSA’s 20 regions across Texas. Award recipients exemplify dedication to advancing the principalship and advocating for PK-8 students and educators.

Their passion for teaching and support for our students inspire me every single day to love kids and lead in a way that helps all students succeed. Mrs. Lashaway will be formally recognized at the TEPSA Legacy Luncheon on Wednesday, June 11, at the Round Rock Kalahari.
